We’re heartbroken to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather & buddy. Loving father to Susan, Laura, Ryan and Andrew (Laurie). Adored Zayde to Drew, Madison, Logan and Barrett.
He was born and raised within the city of Weston. Excelled in hockey and lacrosse and was supplied a full scholarship to Colgate College in lacrosse.
In 1955, he began work as a Bell Installer in Toronto & Richmond Hill. Anybody who knew Ralph knew he wasn’t “helpful” so it’s a miracle that these telephones had been put in and labored! He shortly climbed up the ladder within the firm. Bell was an incredible stepping stone for the instruments he took with him into his enterprise life.
In 1970, he left Bell and went to promote actual property with Haney Hunt & Bowden in Oakville. The corporate took Oakville by storm and he discovered many worthwhile classes alongside the best way.
Three years later he opened his personal firm – McCormick & Assoc. The remainder is historical past.
He married heather (Gilmour) the love of his life in 1974 and together with her encouragement and optimistic outlook they made a beautiful crew. They went on to have two boys, Ryan & Andrew, who had been the sunshine of their lives.
Ralph was identified with MS in 1981 and was decided that it wasn’t going to sluggish him down. There have been many issues he needed to do for his neighborhood and his household, however his vitality solely went up to now.
He was previous President of Rotary Oakville and obtained the Paul Harris award for his work in Rotary.

A non-public interment can be held at Mount Nice Cemetery. A celebration of his life can be introduced at a later date.
